Account Details: Name, email, phone number, and business address.
Meta Platform Data: We collect WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, Phone Number IDs, and Access Tokens through the Embedded Signup process to facilitate messaging.
Message Metadata: We store logs of messages (status: sent, delivered, read) to provide analytics to our users.
2. How We Use Data
We use the collected data solely to:
Provide and maintain the WapiBotix dashboard.
Facilitate communication between businesses and their customers via WhatsApp Cloud API.
Monitor for system security and prevent spam.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell or lease user data. Data is shared only with Meta (Facebook) to execute messaging services. We implement SSL encryption and secure server protocols to protect all Platform Data.
4. User Rights
Users can request to delete their account and all associated Meta assets from our database at any time by contacting support@wapibotix.in.
