1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on WapiBotix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
WapiBotix is a technical platform that provides an interface to manage the WhatsApp Cloud API. We are a Tech Provider helping businesses automate their communication.
3. Prohibited Use (No Spam)
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Sending unsolicited messages (Spam) or violating WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy.
Sending adult content, illegal products, or fraudulent links.
Misusing Meta access tokens or attempting to reverse-engineer the API.
4. Fees and Payments
Users are responsible for all Meta-direct conversation charges (per-message cost) and the subscription fee for the WapiBotix platform as per their chosen plan.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates Meta’s policies or receives high spam reports from WhatsApp users.
6. Limitation of Liability
WapiBotix shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by Meta’s API downtime or account bans resulting from the user's violation of WhatsApp policies.
